Just want to confirm that you want your brewery's logo based on Wales
brewing culture or German culture?

Hello all. I didn't have a clear picture of the Welsh Devil's Bridge, so instead uploaded an example image of a Devil's Bridge. Architecturally I like the shape, design & history of these bridges and it just so happens to share the name of the village in Wales I would visit.

If you do choose to incorporate a bridge design in your logo submission, don't feel that you need to replicate the exact image of the Welsh bridge.

Hope my comment makes sense and apologies for the confusion regarding the Devil's Bridge pic. So no, there is no connection with German brewing culture.

Hello all. Thank you to everyone who has submitted a design. The quality has been fantastic. I have received a lot of designs incorporating bridges which has been great and made choosing a favourite very difficult. If you would like to submit a logo with a bridge in it, then please feel free. However, if you think that you can come up with a logo that has a funky and unique symbol, enclosed within a shape like an emblem and the word 'Devil's Bridge Brewing', then I would encourage you to think outside of the box and try something different.

If you go onto Instagram for example and look at breweries around the world, sometimes they have a symbol/image as their logo that is often immediately associated with that brand.

Anyway, there are a few days left to submit a design. Thank you and good luck!!

Hello designers. There is only 1 day left to get your logo submissions in. I have been able to shortlist a few unique and cool logos. I am yet to pick a winner however I have every intention of choosing a design at the end of the competition.

I would encourage those that have submitted and those thinking of submitting to put in an entry before the competition ends. Thank you!!

One more thing designers. I have seen some good traditional beer images incorporated into logos. Whilst that can be good, I would encourage people to think outside of the box and come up with something abstract. Thank you for for your time and hard work.

Hello all and thank you again for your designs. I am currently showing the designs to friends and colleagues for comment/feedback. Some have asked if it would be possible to create a unique logo using only typography.
