Definitely it's possible. I think there is some option in menu or you can contact support team. I know this site only as a designer. In FAQ section is written that it's easy.

But now i see no button "submit your design". Admin says that you have to send me some invitation. To me it's strange cause i 've already participated many contest and there was no such kind of problem. Anyway, try to send this invitation to me if you can)
