Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Bondi Perch is a short term rental apartment located in Bondi Beach, Sydney. The name “Bondi Perch” comes from the apartment’s location overlooking the iconic Bondi Beach and the raised platform in the bedroom which lets you take in the ocean views and sunrise while you lay in bed.

Bondi Perch is family run and the culmination of our love for travel and beautiful Bondi Beach. This is the only property we manage so we are focused on creating the perfect experience for our guests (and ourselves when the property is free).

The apartment is perfectly located within a 2 minute walk to the beach, Bondi Icebergs Ocean Pool, restaurants and the coastal trail to Bronte. The apartment has beautiful ocean views and is well equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, storage and parking making it perfect for quick staycations, driving holidays and longer term stays.

Couples & Singles
In a normal year, Bondi attracts around 3m visitors annually with 55% international and 45% domestic. With international borders currently closed, our initial focus will be on domestic travelers (staycations, interstate getaways and driving holidays) but longer term we want to attract international visitors.

The apartment is not suited to families or groups but perfect for couples and singles. It will be priced in the top tier for its size so we want to attract affluent and experienced travelers. Commonly, they will have a love for the beach and/or surfing but will also be looking to stay somewhere close to the city with lots of restaurant/nightlife options rather than a secluded beach. They will choose to stay at Perch for the apartment amenities, parking, views and great location (restaurants/bars within walking distance).

• * The logo will mainly be used online (website, airbnb, social media etc..) so its important the logo works as a profile pic and within social media.
  * Our preference is to include the name in the logo (spelling out the full name Bondi Perch)

  * In terms of the brand values we want to portray (on a scale);
  - Midway between Mature and Youthful
  - More sophisticated than playful
  - More luxurious than economic
