Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm seeking a logo for a new real estate company. I've been an Idaho Realtor for nearly 5 years. I'm looking for a clean logo, no more than 3 colors used (on top of a white or blue background). I'd like to see design(s) that use the colors blue and white, because the name of my company is Blue Sky Real Estate, LLC. I do not need LLC to be in the logo itself, though if it can be done tastefully I'd welcome it. "Blue Sky Real Estate" needs to be incorporated into the design, preferably as a clean footer unless you show me something awesome otherwise. I work with commercial and residential clients of diverse backgrounds and experiences, so it's critical for this logo to communicate professionalism, positivity, intelligence, passion, and ethical responsibility. I'm envisioning a very clean cloud logo, perhaps with two versions (blue on white, white on blue). I don't want anything to distract from the name and vision of the company. "In a world of chaos, there's always a blue sky". Don't use that line - I want that to guide your vision and creativity for this. This logo will be used on my website, social media, digital ads, videos, and on yard signs. It does not need to have any buildingson it, though perhaps as an idea, there's a way to have a faint city-scape/horizon view of homes and commercial buildings.

I'm a marketing graduate, but I do not have VTD/graphic design experience. Hence why I'm here!
