Yes, HTML/CSS works on any platform. Unfortunately I think I might have to skip this one, cause I have no experience with Wix. Maybe cjmarquises is right and Wix is great, but I don't have the time to research if a specific structure is needed to make the site compliant. Anyway, good luck with your project.
