Is it Tri fold Brochure in A4 Size?

You sent lots of files. Which file should be considered for the design?

Most of the files are logos. The pdf with the title blue is a layout i created as a guide to let me know i did not have too much copy. The word doc is the text as someone asked. The size is a reg 8 1/2x 11 trifold.

Most of us are from a different contries, some of us use the standar measurements in centimetres, and also the base X high.
So can you specify this questions to creat a correct layout.
