Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The X Factor Comms logo was designed 12 years ago so is looking very behind the times. So I want to bring the logo up to date. Our immediate priority is to get a highly effective vector file version of the updated design, as we don't currently have one.

The current logo feels far too complicated so I'm looking for something far more stripped back and sophisticated.

XFC is about helping clients making valuable connections on social media so a logo that emphasises movement, connectivity, networking and 'joined up' would work well.

The letter 'X' should probably be the main focus of the logo so I'm flexible on completely losing 'Factor' and 'Communications'. So I'd like to see ideas where a treatment of the X dominates, and the company name is shown separately or possibly not at all.

As you'll see the current logo is attached - it's WAY too complex. In terms of fonts I quite like this one: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/glacial-indifference

Colour-wise, I'm very open to ideas, though I want something that works just a well in grayscale. Recently I've been using a combination of orange (#e5711c) and blue / green (#248794 ) in recent documents and it has worked nicely.
