Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for our newest software we are creating. It is called 'CondoEdge'. This software is designed for condo managers and condo owners all around the world. The software will help condo managers /owners to manage everything that revolves around their condos... finances, communications, tasks, calendars, files, events. It needs to look corporate but still accessible... likeable, since we are working with people's properties. We are aiming mostly for cold colors, blue, green, white... but are not closed to any out of the box ideas. The final design should be clean, easy to understand and communicate stability, trustability.
