Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for our new company called "Firefly Group". Firefly Group is a professional Real Estate Investment company that invests in multi-million dollar buildings, then we renovate those building, and rent them out. We deal with banks, professionals, and agents at the highest levels. We need this logo to represent that.

We like the idea of a firfely in the logo with the tail light dimming out... as you would see it in nature. I have attached an example I found on Google... but would like something more professional and creative. Please get creative with the firefly and the light it emits...

The final design should communicate professionalism, trust, experience, and young.
