Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a Logo/Icon for an Artist Agency with the name - Constanze Klostermann Artist Solutions - I would like to use the Logo/Icon on my business card, stationary and on the website as eye-catcher. Problematic is that the my Initials are CK which stands as well for the well known brand Calvin Klein and it is important that there is no connection/resemblance to avoid legal problems.
The Agency has as main business to guide artists through the negotiation process for contracts, communication with the producers and support for their creative development. Supplementary support for producers to find the right artists for their specific projects.
As Logo/Icon Text I entered the Initials of the Agency name - Constanze Klostermann Artist Solutions - because I think this is the easiest and most logical way but I am as well open for other suggestions!

  Should function as well in black & white when needed to use or when somebody is printing at home only in black & white.
