Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a sign to go up on the front of our optometry office building. We are located in a valley, so a profile of a mountain ridge above the wording would be nice, but since this is an eye doctor's office something with an eyeball incorporated into the design would be the priority. This design is for a large sign that will likely be light up, so while our website can have a more intricate design, it is important that THIS design is simple enough for a sign maker to build it and mount it up on our building's facade.
