I think PDF and DIN A4 is the best to print it afterwards by my clients

This kind of email newsletter is use to send to client via email.

As per your provided document and message I think you need a print quality newsletter of 4-5 pages.
Thar project cost more than email newsletter project which you select.

In email newsletter only 1 page is designed as per email guideline- ex: width 60px height 1500-2500px, resolution-72 dpi.
So please confirm what kind of newsletter you want - an email or a Printed brochure type.
