Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a brochure to entice and inspire customers of financial planners and alike to buy our investment property development, Willowbrook in Greenbank, Australia.

The brochure will be approximately 16 - 18 pages long and will follow a similar format (including maps etc) to the once attached in the uploaded files, however it is important that it has it's own unique style and brand identify. You will have access to all the renders, maps and autocad drawings that will need to be included in the brochure and will be linked in my dropbox link below.

The brochure should feel sophisticated and use the logo we've previously had developed on design crowd. The background and text should also match the style guidelines of our logo's although happy for you to to get creative with the background as long as it is relevant and fits with the colours. For example stock photo's of tree's, people playing, sunlight etc are great - although the context should be in Australia.

There will be a bit of back and forth once I select the winning designer to ensure the brochure is perfect. I'll also need individual files of the masterplan.
