Three things:
(1) Please can you redraft the Brief as a Word doc, or PowerPoint presentation?
The current format is difficult to read and comprehend.
(2) Based on the volume of this Project, I think your budget might be too small.
(3) Would you be willing to guarantee the Project, and extend the deadline by at least three days?

I think I have guaranteed it now. I understand the budget concerns, just not sure what other category to put into. Definitely ope to increasing the budget though.
