Some feedback on my logo submissions would be frightfully appreciated. I was careful not to use any tree motifs, but I'm keen to hear if I should "branch out", "prune" some of the details, turn over a new leaf, or go more out on a limb. Please don't beat around the bush if I'm barking up the wrong tree entirely.

I thank you for the feedback comment you have added on the main page for all participants to read.

I've submitted a few concepts, one of which does include an academic hat. At this point in a face to face concept presentation with a client, I would attempt to tease out some more thoughts regarding the use of the academic hat before abandoning the element completely and moving on to one of the other concepts. I completely understand the argument expressed against the use of the hat element, but I would respectfully offer the thought that the academic hat does tend to represent the concept of "teaching" and "learning" to a broad audience; that is, it tends to have more immediate recognition. This may prompt a discussion that explores whether the strategy is to communicate the 'brand' to those internal to the centre or to those external to the centre. It may also help to focus the motivations for the new branding (eg. is the centre known for one thing, but aims to be known for something new? - are new services being offered?). Of course, the intention may be to satisfy both internal and external requirements, but perhaps one is considered more crucial than the other?

If possible, it would be fabulous if you could add some further guidance along these lines as it may help to fine tune and improve all of the potential contenders.

why design crowd let these kind of person abuse the designers, he's moving the finish date all the time...he said that can't decide becouse so much logos and he's askink for more .....u have 160 and u still want designer to work for u....just pick one...design crowd shame on u
