Is this contest is for logo or letterhead?

Its letterhead on a new logo

Where is the new logo file.
The project is for letterhead design only, and in that case the logo file should be provided by the client. An editable logo file i.e vector file or PNG image with transparent background can work.

In case if you wants a new logo too, please confirm then you will have to increase the budget for the logo design part.
