Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company based in Munich called "in-waerts". We support yound people by offering unique expertise in business- and personal coaching. With empathy and attention, we work with our clients to bring them closer to independently finding answers to their questions and solutions to their problems.
The final design should communicate confidence, coaching, professionalism and moderinity.

It should use the color grey and a similar blue (but one should see a difference; brighter, shining, saturated) as our parent company "connect&develop".
We want to reach a young target group of men AND women.
