Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have been told the logo I currently use does not reflect the level of professionalism and modernity of the business brand (copy of current logo attached). Please note the way z is written in the logo is not common in New Zealand. The business is market research with a focus on using digital methodologies such as online discussion boards and online focus groups. The tagline is 'Using technology to transform research' and the brand promise 'Better business decisions based on richer customer insights' www.tsmr.co.nz Our market is medium to large businesses in New Zealand and our clients tend to be marketing managers and business consultants. I would like some red in the logo similar to R192 G0 B0. Due to the length of the business name emphasis can be on the word Trailblazer with Research a secondary word
