Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo created for a multi-family apartment community in Malvern, PA. We provide upscale, luxury apartments with high end finishes for people to live. It is going to have younger professionals, mostly millennials living there so we want a cool, modern and hip logo design. With The Yards having cool lines hoping it shows for a cool design .
The full name of the property is called The Yards at Malvern so we also need at Malvern somewhere in the logo as well. We do have colors already which i've attached for you to use in the logo (also needs to work well in 1 color and black and white). I've also attached the amenities and the finishes to show what the end product looks like as well as an exterior rendering!
The surrounding areas has a ton of businesses and "yard lots", along with a train that runs behind it, a train yard, some car/manufacturing yards and an amazing courtyard in the center with amenities. you dont have to work this into the logo just explaining the name. There is also the Navy Yard in philly that is only about 30 mins from the location and some of our residnts will be communting into philly too.
