Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a logo for a new fishing charter business in the Northern Territory of Australia. The business will cater to a range of audiences, from the hard core fishing community through to families/individuals looking to go out for a comfortable and easy day on the water. We intend to mix good fishing with food and enjoyment of the outdoors... Imagine sitting on a boat on sparkling turquoise water holding a fishing rod and sipping a cool drink, while watching the white sandy beaches and a plethora of birds and wildlife pass you by... The owner of the company, Jeff, is well known for growing chillies (peppers) and making chilli jam and chilli oil. So, it would be great to weave in the chilli theme into the logo - perhaps a lure, fish or the writing could incorporate a chilli as a bit of a play on words?
We would like to have a barramundi fish in the logo but this could be simplified or the outline could be used somehow. I note that many of the businesses use a quite detailed barramundi fish picture in their logos so we’re open to what this looks like.
The primary colours for the business are chrome/silver and royal/navy blue.
Secondary colours (not essential): black, red, possibly some white.
We are looking for something relatively simple that reflects who we are and what we are about - authentic, grassroots, conscientious, friendly, will cater to the needs of the client, and honest.

Tourists/members of the community/families interested in going out on the water for the day, but perhaps not wanting a full on fishing experience.
