Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our Family Farm has never had a logo. My dad took a lot of effort to set up a picture with his current combine (farm equipment in picture) that match a picture taken by my grandfather years back. I thought a round logo design with simplistic lines incorporating both pictures with the R&L farms company name would be perfect. Specifically, the shape of the mountains and the train going by in the background with the combine on the right as seen in the picture. The actually color of the combine is unimportant except that my dad doesn't like the green John Deer look. He farms mostly wheat and barley but has recently started farming mustard seeds and canola which both have a very distinct yellow flower. I would prefer the logo to be in color. The final design should communicate a reverence for the past and bold look into the future as my dad tries to keep the family land together and productive.
