Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my new real estate company based in Saskatchewan Canada. I'm a real estate agent that wants to focus in on farmland and the agriculture (Ag) sector. My Name is Frazer Will and my family has been farming for 5 generations.
The logo needs to be designed in a way to can be used on my webpage, sale and sold signs, videos, social media , and other marketing areas to help build awareness and growth.
The logo needs to instill a sense of confidence and trust in a farmer or investor looking to sell their land and/or entire farming operation, or buy and expand their current operation and investment. The farm and Agriculture industry is huge and land is seen as one of the main assets a farming operation has. Whether it is a family farm, a corporate farm, or an investment fund, land is and will continue to be a stable and growing asset . The return comes from revenue generated from the land (either actually growing crops on the land, or renting it out to farmers to grow crops) as well as the actual land appreciation .
The logo has a dual target market: farmers either interested in selling or buying land and Investors looking to diversify their portfolio or expand their current investments in farm land. Given these to target markets, the logo needs to memorable while meeting both target markets ideology of what an Ag and farm specialists logo should look like . Or at least leave them with a feeling that we may have an unorthodoxed logo, but sure must know our stuff.
I would envision eventually having clothing and other marketing ware made up to give both current and potential clients as well as having staff that’s hired on as the business grows potentially wearing some sort of Will Realty branded apparel . Many real estate agents put their picture on all of their advertising material. I will most likely do that as well, so having a logo that lends itself well to being on a sign or website along with a personal picture to help build a stronger connection with whomever is seeing the website or ad.
