Because as you know vector has less detail and won't look as realistic.

Hi there! It’s totally up to you as to which one you think would be more appropriate for the project. As you know this is for a t shirt and I’d like it to be clear and crisp but also detailed. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any more questions!

The waves I’d like are the ones in the picture that says “another style of waves, I’m not sure how this style would look coming out of the jaw” but now I am pretty sure, it’s the free vector Japanese wave art picture I put in the breif.

I added a picture to my brief of an older design submission, I circled the part of the waves in red that might look good if used, but instead of inside the shark jaw like in the old design submission, just spilling out of the jaw like in mine. Let me know if you can see the picture and if not like I said I trust your judgment, adjust whatever you need to do you think it looks better :)
