Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a new company operating essentially in Import/Export of Medical Supplies. We are looking for a sober, clean, serious logo... The colors can be either black, navy blue or dark green. The final design should communicate solidity, international, fluidity on the transaction. Files attached will indicate the style we are aiming for. Please note, that the symbol & can also look like the pharmacy snake.
