BACKGROUND
Our business is in the interface of the Swedish labor market and the unemployed.

Over the last decades Sweden have experienced vast immigration from Asia, the Middle East and Africa counting many different nationalities and ethnic groups.

Historically integration has been the business mainly of the Swedish Public Employment Service (national authority), but this system has been reformed into a system where labor market measures are outsourced to private companies.

Our company provide e.g. language training, coaching, vocational training, education and job matching services. The task at hand is challenging since the target group includes people with numerous and different backgrounds in terms of native language, level of reading & writing skills (in any language), former education and job experience, age, and motivation.

Upskill Academy aims at a position as a high ranked provider of labor market services that makes a real difference. Our vision encloses a faster and better integration process on a macro level.
