Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a logo for a new online business called 'RunQuip' which sells a core set of competitively priced running equipment to runners within Australia. Logo also needs to appeal to running club presidents/secretaries as there will be a loyalty program delivered which rewards the club for the purchases of its members.
The template being used for the website is attached so you can get a feel for the colours, as are the header files provided with the template.
The design should be playful, earthy and 'fit'.
Looking for a 'RunQuip' and 'RunQuip.com.au' version of the logo.
Logo needs to work on light and dark backgrounds.
