Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have a partially completed Word Press website that I need to have completed . The previous designer overestimated her ability to produce a quality product and underestimated my knowledge of how a good well designed website should look visually and be laid out.

A visitor to the site should have a clear understanding of the services offered by the business, be able to navigate the site with ease via effective logical pathways, have calls to action that are prominent and located in the correct locations that prompt the viewer to make contact when they are ready to act. The site needs to be visually impactful, have lots of white space, fast loading and mobile compatible and the visitor needs to have the impression that they need to look no further for the services offered.

I am particularly interested in how you think the Services and Projects pages should be best laid out so they present well on a mobile device without looking cluttered and can be navigated and viewed with ease.

I have the copy and images (these may need some changes) and I have put together a basic version of a layout on MS Word documents. These are all in a Dropbox folder (link below). I am open to a designer offering his/her own thoughts on how the site can be laid out better. Also I have a link below to the partially created website. I will need the website coded once I am happy with the design.

Zielmarkt/( -märkte)

Primarily females aged 19 - 65 who work for a strata management and/or a property management company. These organisations oversee the maintenance aspects for apartments/condominiums and manage the properties on behalf of the owners.
The business that the website represents provides professional gardening services for commercial businesses and these apartment/condominium communities. So do not think home gardens and that type of gardening. Think on a larger scale like commercial businesses, hospitals, blocks of units/apartments/condominiums, shopping centres.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• A great layout with lots of white space, intuitive navigation, prominent calls to action and professional looking.
  
  The website needs to give the impression that the business is mid-size with a number of employees i.e. 6-10, yet still have the impression that it is a business where the owner is involved and there is a high level of personalised customer service.

Schön zu haben

• Maybe a looping video on the home page that is faded in the background that represents what the business does and who it services.

Sollte nicht haben

• An attitude by the designer that anything will satisfy me. I want the designer to create a design that they would be proud to present to the market.
  
  I have had too many bad experiences with website designers who do not have the appropriate attitude or skills to produce a quality site that appeals to me.
