Hello everyone!

I've finished going through all the designs that arrived yesterday, and I've tried to provide meaningful feedback to all of you. It was a lot of work! As there were a lot of submissions, but hopefully that was helpful.

I'll try to continue going through the new submissions as they come, however, I've updated the brief slightly to make it easier for me to evaluate them quickly. In specific, I've added the following:
1. Please try to convey more than just the initials or name. All the top submissions have something that also correlate in some way to the purpose of the tool (some are very abstract, some very concrete).
2. Please submit the 32x32 icon somewhere in your design as well. I need to be able to see how users will see the tool, and it's very hard to do so when I only have a business card, a 3d-rendered version on a wall, or similar. I won't put this logo in a wall or biz card, so please don't present them that way :)
3. I need to use a dark theme as well, so please show how your design looks like in dark background and light background.

I'll be taking a break until December 28, so any designs sent between Friday (tomorrow) and the weekend will receive feedback on Monday.

In order to save you some time, here's some of the most common problems I've noticed in the submissions from yesterday:

I would like the icon/logo to have some relationship to the extension/tool's purpose in some way, and this mostly just focuses on the name. I've provided some more details in the brief, in case they are useful.

I also would like to mention that the main UI has to be on a dark background, so I would like to see how the logo would look like on a dark background. Either black or some other dark color of your choosing.

I would need to use the logo inside a 32x32 icon, so the icon must look well and use as much of the space as possible (square is better than rectangular - circles are fine, but then they should try to use as many of the 32 pixels as they can). Please take a look at the brief, where this is mentioned a bit.

I think the use of a shield doesn't apply very well to the extension's purpose as it's not a defensive security tool, but rather offensive (think attack, not defense). If you can find something that be use for building AND attacking, that would be ideal.
