Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Seeking a logo with a skilfully designed graphic element. That may incorporate the 10 from our name or not. Open to options. Looking for creativity that gets us recognised and remembered. Choosing a font and changing the colours will not do that. Appreciate design skills we don't have ourselves.

We need a logo that will be used in real estate sales signage and on large scale construction signage so we'd like it to be bold, simple, legible & recognisable from a long distance.

Our company 10 Property Pty Ltd is based at the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We are involved in all aspects of property development from land purchase, subdivision, design & construction to real estate sales (residential & industrial). The name represents the ideal property i.e. 10 out of 10 when it comes to investment quality, feasibility studies analysis etc.

Being Gold Coast based, bright, vivid, beachy colours appeal including recognised local GC colours like light blue/dark blue/yellow, light blue/yellow or red/yellow but once again not tied to. Black is about the only colour we specifically would like to avoid entirely (a grey would be ok if it benefitted the design).

Schön zu haben

• Our initial thoughts had been:
  - Numbermark to display the 10 could work
  - As could graphic playing on land subdivision (see Gamma example and Subdivision Plan images attached)
  - Negative space features appeal.

Sollte nicht haben

• - Dislike all 'roofline' style logos common in property businesses (Example attached).
  - Dislike the colour Black
