Where in Texas? Also, will this be printed on a title block as well?

What do you mean by title block? If I understand correctly I will want to use various backgrounds by changing logo color. See the example logos from mo other company where it is on red background for a sign and other uses could be on a white truck. I guess that would be considered transparent background? Keep the questions coming, hope that helped.
