Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

For our coworking space / business center / work space, we are facing a rebranding that should begin with our logo. We were originally a hub for the consulting industry. We have actually been open since the beginning and have a colorful mix of companies. This includes insurance and real estate brokers, architects, coaches and trainers, training companies, app developers, sales companies. We also have international tenants from India, USA, Russia, France, UAE, and Pakistan.
The following criteria are important to us:
- Logo that reflects our tenant mix.
- Minimalist design
- Turquoise, petrol as the basic color
- Font logo with "BZ - Business Center"
- "Coworking Hamburg" as a subtitle (if it doesn't get too much)

I uploaded our current logo once. But that doesn't necessarily have to be a benchmark.
