Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have just started a holding company that could ultimately own many subsidiaries and businesses. The company name is Vali Holdings Limited.
We are looking for a corporate logo for the company. Vali is the family name and should be the focus of the logo. The company has been founded on five principles: Trust, Integrity, Care, Respect and Humility

The design of the logo of course should be original and trademarkable.
It should reflect the company principles and should stand out on any form of communication be it digital or in print form. We expect a combination mark logo with both a wordmark and abstract (symbol) mark. We expect the following deliveries with the logo:

1. Logo in SVG and PNG formats
2. Favicon in SVG and PNG formats
3. Colour palette detailing primary and secondary colour breakdown for use across print, screen and web
4. Typestyle detailing the fonts to be used across print, screen and web
5. Original source code

Some iconic logos to draw inspiration from would be Visa (new logo), Rolls Royce, Nescafe, Netflix, Adidas. We like the blue colour in the Visa logo.
