Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a mission-driven affordable housing DEVELOPER and OWNER of AFFORDABLE HOUSING communities in California and Hawaii. Our communities also provide onsite social services.
Our philosophy behind the name and logo:
• We develop basic affordable housing communities – ones that far exceed the current industry standard without the higher cost. BASIC sets the real standard for successful affordable housing communities.
• Our communities provide for the basic needs of their residents. we consider how our building relates to the community, how it LOOKS, AND how it LIVES.
• We provide the BASIC foundational support services for basic resident's needs – health, education, financial stability – so people can simply live the life they want.
• We have a clear vision about what makes a house a home. When we say “home”, what are we really saying? A true home is beautiful, desirable, wanted, functional, supportive, private, a refuge, resting place, peaceful, accessible to all people, places, it provides stability, food, medicine and social services – all of which are BASIC.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Would prefer an abstract symbol in the logo but include the name, or alternatively a word mark logo. Do not use the letters to create the logo symbol. Prefer sophisticated earthy colors ...but not dull. Must be readable on a white background no pastels. NO pink, purple, neon colors. No more than 2 colors in the logo.

Schön zu haben

• Please include your logo on a white background. Do not show as a 3 dimensional sign. Do not show on a black background. Only submit one page of the same logo, do not repeat as a 3D or sign etc, as a second submittal.

Sollte nicht haben

• No houses or buildings, or roofs in the logo. No trees or leaves in the logo. Do not reference the state of business in the logo symbol design. Do not use the 4 squares that look like a window in your design.
