We are looking for a logo and branding for our new company Sidewalk RED.

Name of the Company: Sidewalk RED
Sidewalk: represents the urban areas we own and develop, and the community common areas that connect us and where our neighbourhoods congregate and thrive.
RED stands for : Real Estate & Development

Brief Direction
Below are some thoughts on key elements of our company that we want to highlight with our name and branding:
• Business: Real estate developer and Asset Management Company (we have Investors and need to show sophistication in a different, fun and creative way)
• Focus: Area Redevelopment company, neighbourhood builder and community builder, Real Asset Developer
• Different Type of Developer: Collaborative, respectful, unique, heritage, design focused, artistic, street art, we go where others won’t, seek value in areas that are out of favour, miners of rare area gems
• Tenants: Entrepreneurial, family oriented, community influencer, Investor in people, buildings and area art
• Values: Family, community, people first, trust, art for all, be different, lovers of history, curators of neighbourhoods
• Mixed-use (retail, office and residential) builder, transforming urban areas and creating functional and vibrant neighbourhoods
• Tenant Experience: Creating a unique and fun tenant experience for all tenants and cultivating retail and office commercial space that best serves the residential needs of everyone in our neighbourhood and buildings.
