We are a consultancy specialising in contact centre services. Our target audience is organisations who have inhouse contact centres, outsource contact centre services and require services such as knowledge management, advisory, workforce management and training/OD.
Our purpose is 'We create customer experience heroes' and our tagline is 'Creating customer experience heroes'. Our vision "Asia Pacific's most Trusted Advisor in Customer Experience and Service Operations"
We need a website refresh - one that appeals to our target audience , captures our purpose and as well as our purpose. The website would support our marketing and direct sales and imagery should reflect our purpose, vision and appeal to our target market.
The website needs to be able to showcase our team (profiles) and case studies with the option of posting videos / articles /newsletters as well. Potential for capturing customer details would also be considered.
There may be some other ideas you have which we would also be open to.
Logo should remain as is (see Messaging House). Values are internal .
We will need the ability to update the website (using Wordpress) so design should cater for this.
