Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my law office. My area of practice is estate planning, probate, and trust administration. I would like my logo to include an oak tree and show family support, reliability, and trust; the logo would make my clients feel comfort and understand that I am going to take great care of them. I would like to see roots of the tree and/or any other ideas you may have in the design. It is important to me that the logo has colors, but also can be used in black and white and still look great. For example, I would like to use the colorful logo for my website, but I would prefer to use the black & white logo for printing on my envelopes.
