Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a residential real estate brokerage in Garden City, NY. We will be part of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise but our design should be able to stand alone should there come a time we leave the franchise and become and independent brokerage. It would be ideal if the logo could work in conjunction with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate logo as well. Our competitors include Compass, Daniel Gale Sothebys, Douglas Elliman, Coach realtors and Keller Williams - We need a Design a that is simple, classic and easy to read. Should show representation of the four seasons and relate it to real estate - a house shape? a tree? but the tree needs to be very different from the Four Seasons Hotel logo. Should contain a design element/emblem that is strong enough to stand alone and be recognized as our representative of our company - and can be used for imprinting on clothing & promotional products.
