Fresh handmade French nougat with 3 variations, a) Classic being Almonds, Pistachios and Cranberry, b) Strawberry and Pistachios, c) Native being Macadamia , Quandong with Leman Myrtle. Our nougat is CHEWY not Soft and is made from primarily Australian ingredient. The Nougat is wrapped in cellophane .Currently each individual nougat label is Black and Gold . Ends are tied with ribbon in a bow varying in colour according to product. Target market is the GIFT market both Corporate and Domestic, International travellers , Aboriginal tourism and Women. Logo should radiate quality and mystery and needs to be visible on all packaging ,being the Individual nougat and Gift boxes. Logo text needs to clearly identify the item as a gift, whether to one self or to a third party
