Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi everyone, as the world certainly needs just another podcast, I thougt I take one for the team and take care of that job. If you want to be part of making that podcast a reality by providing your awesome design services, I would highly appreciate that, my friend.

The podcast will be about agile software development and agile leadership. The main target audience are certainly people from the IT and software sector, especially those who are involved in project- and product management (scrum masters, agile coaches, project managers, product owners/managers). As agile is becoming more fancy and adopted in other industries as well, a part of the target audience will also be managers and business consultants of other industries, who want to learn more about agile. Here's the summary of the podcast:
"Scrum Master and Agile Coach shares bite-sized knowledge for agile practitioners. In short episodes you will learn how to harness agile practices, drive organizational change and master the art of servant leadership."

The episodes will be rather short - under 10 minutes - therefore the name Agile Snacks. The podcast targets professionals - and I certainly want to make it professional - however, it also should be authentic and little casual. The logo should reflect exactly that: professional, bold, competent but also authentic and relatable. It should be the Steve Jobs of podcast logos: Genious, charismatic, competent - and wears sneackers, jeans and a sweater.

The logo should be mainly a text logo ("Agile Snacks"). Feel free to play around with adding iconig elements (for example with the circled arrow which is a classic icon of agile development - see attached file). Colorwise I am happy for suggestions that reflect the adjectives above. I tried a black/yellow combo (see attached file) but not sure if it properly reflects the "leadership" part, which the podcast will be about. (By the way: That logo was just an idea I had. It shoud not limit you or guide you in a certain direction, so feel free to provide any idea you like).
Other prefered colors are blue/white or aqua/white combincations. But that's just my non-designer brain speaking - I am sure you can do better than I do.
