Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our HoldCo (The Core business) is www.ambulanceaustralia.com.au (ASA); we are a Private Ambulance Operator that is building up an Academy (like a small University) that will provide certificates and Diploma training courses. See it as the Educational arm of the HeadCo. We are open to changing the design of the Academy logo so it is significantly different than the ASA one, with the only comment that we would like to say below the Logo 'by Ambulance Service Australia' (such as the PillPack Logo from Amazon Pharmacy or 99designs logo that has vistaprint as a sub).
As to look and feel: We prefer professional, clean and not too playful, in line with the business we are in.

• The words "ASA Academy" (main focus) are the actual logo; we believe we should retain the same green setting (can vary slight) that is aligned with the Core business (www.ambulanceaustralia.com.au). "by Ambulance Service Australia" should be small below and not dominant. We have attached 3 samples that illustrate what we mean by including "by Ambulance Service Australia" below ASA Academy
