E-Mail Marketing-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need an email template created that can be easily modified for each new email sent. What I'm trying to accomplish is a look and feel that is consistent with each email I send out. In a perfect world, I'd like a template to use as a newsletter/informational with product/service pictures and an easy way to create the text to go with it. Then I'd also like a second email that is for letting my clients know there is a promotion or sale going on. Again, something that can he easily modified. I use mail chimp and MindBody as my platform for emailing. If possible, I'd like a pop-up box or dialog box that will ask the ready to opt-in with their name and email address.
I tried to have this done last year on DesignCrowd but we could never get it to work on Mail Chimp - the black box on the attachment would never display or capture email addresses.
What was created for me last year on DesignCrowd is great with matching colors and different sections. What would be great, if possible, is to create a template where I can add different photos in the same section, different verbiage in the same section, etc.
I hope I explained it well enough.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• 1) must be able to be edited (and not by a designer/programmer)
  2) must have an option to capture email addresses so people can opt-in to future email campaigns
  3) must have a Zen feel to it. We are a medical spa - a very relaxed office space
  4) not be too busy

Schön zu haben

• I hope this isn't asking too much, but the email needs to be able to run on MailChimp with no glitches. I would like the template(s) to be easily modified. Maybe keep the header and footer the same, back ground the same, and just sections that can be modified. Keep the colors to match my logo and the design from last year.
