Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need an artist to illustrate our children's book. There will be a book cover and 14 inside illustrations. We would like to see an initial illustration of a young child (2 - 3 year old girl) that is too short to reach the top of a bathroom counter. The illustration should be cartoonish and appealing to kids and moms (sweet and silly). The tone should be bright, light, and colorful (pastels). We have attached a couple sample illustrations as well as pictures of the young girl the cartoon should look like (with glasses and curly hair, tight ringlets). The girl should look cute, like a Disney character, and the illustration should be from the girl's perspective. She thinks she can reach the sink, but it ends up being way too tall (extreme) and daunting.
