Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a fresh, new logo for my entertainment services company Rontourage Entertainment. I have been using a logo "borrowed" from a movie, but I want something fresh and new that is uniquely my own. The old logo is black background with white text, but I am open to using colors. Perhaps a medium blue with some gray? The use of music note symbol is ideal, but not required.
Rontourage is a combination of my name, Ron, and the word entourage. I'm open minded.

Also, I would like a graphic icon, perhaps utilizing the letter R to accompany the text. Ideally, this icon could be used as a symbol of my company when the entire logo with text is not used. Overall I'm looking for something bold and classy.

The logo will be used extensively on social media, but also will be printed on shirts and other clothing and merchandise items, so the design has to be clear and clean enough to be successfully used with screen printing.

I do NOT want mixed rainbow colors, or anything that looks like child's decoration.

Please see the attached files. I have attached the old logo for comparison. I do like the music note that is included inside the letter O.
