This is event is put together by I-LinCP's Invest in Women Circle of Excellence. I have a logo for the Circle of Excellence, but not something that indicates it's the Invest in Women Circle.

More about the Forum (please don't include on the flyer): This Forum provides a venue to openly discuss issues affecting women in our industry and ideas and strategies to address those issues.

Architecture, Construction and Engineering are all struggling with a tremendous shortage of skilled talent. It is more important than ever for organizations to be able to attract, support and retain a talented workforce and to encourage more women to pursue and build vibrant careers in architecture, engineering and construction. Unfortunately, their attrition rate also remains high in these industries. Developing and retaining a skilled workforce includes identifying and addressing the specific needs of women in our industry.
