Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for the beach house I am building. We will be renting it out during the summer and selling merchandise (shirts/hats/cups) to guests on our website 1030Ocean.com. The house will have amazing ocean views and will have a luxury-chic-beachy feel to it. The house will be painted light blue and I am thinking light blue mixed with a darker blue for the logo colors. I am open to all creative ideas and the logo can be either 1030 Ocean with a graphic icon or some creative way to incorporate an ocean, beach, or beach house theme into the text itself. I have toyed with the idea of having "Ocean" come down off of 1030 using the second "0" as the O.....but I am in no way suggesting that is what I want. It is just one idea and I am looking for something that will be memorable and look good on the merchandise.
