Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for an established business (10 yrs) changing our business name to 'Runway Workspaces' and rebranding. We provide flexible office space: full-time offices, team offices, coworking, meeting rooms, and virtual offices. Our members consist of local self-employed people, freelancers, sole proprietors, and independent contractors. We have a wide variety of members, but most are traditional office space users like lawyers and financial planners rather than tech startup users.

About 25 years ago, Stapleton International Airport was right where we are located. The old air traffic control tower is still standing (image attached). This history makes us unique and is why we went with an aviation themed new name. The area is in Denver and has been redeveloped into a very large connected neighborhood that has attracted a majority of young professional families. Our business is located right in the middle of this community.

The overall message we want our business to convey is community by providing a place where like-minded locals can come together to work on their terms. We are considering a slogan of 'Where your business can takeoff'.

Attached is our current logo and our current website is http://www.smartspaceco.com/ We are building a new website to go with our name change and rebranding. Our current logo was a good logo. We are changing mainly because we want a different name that is unique, and we want a fresh new looking logo. We would like the main logo colors to be blue and dark gray. Dark gray representing the color of a runway and blue representing the color of the sky. Attached is a 'runway image' for inspiration. Please do NOT use the 'runway image' in the logo, use just for inspiration. Also, NO images of airplanes in the logo.

We are looking for a simple, minimal, and subtle runway logo. Can be as simple as a line designating a runway or text on a contrast block background like TV show "Project Runway" - get creative!
