Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a new Cafe that will be called "Café Mundial", where Mundial means universal, worlwide.
In fact in this cafe we will be serving foods and drinks of various parts of the world and periodically we will hold music evenings for customers to assist to live performances and have fun dancing. I attach a file showing the idea we want.
This logo has to be very similar with the tarot card "The World" that I attach. The focus of the logo has to be: the world, the explosion of happiness, the success and the abundance".
So the logo has to have:
1) the wreath of success, like the one in the file I attach, with abundance of the nature (fruits and flowers)
2) a young woman in the middle that she is jumping and/or dancing in full joy and victory. The woman has to have a staff in each of her hands, as the ones in the pictures,
3) all around to have symbols of famous world monuments, with at least one monument from Rome, Rio de Janeiro, Lisbon and London
4) the wreath of success can be left colourful as the file attached but for all the rest we want the green and the gold to be the main colours.
5) The words: "Café Mundial". Please note the position of the accent on the "e" of Café
