Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The main theme of this logo is envisioned by the ying yang symbol, for everything bad there is a little good and vice versa. The word "Bad Ass" should be the main focus of the design with a different font than the rest (creative, bold, eye-catching but not too busy), with "It's good to be a" should be in smaller writing but still quite visible within the logo. I don't mind if there is a picture, but it has to symbolise good and bad with an even fight, nothing intimidating but basic so as to not take the focus of the words. The ying yang could also be interpreted in the colours of the writing with no picture. I have had a logo done before, it looked great on paper and on screen, however once printed on clothing, it was too busy and illegible unless you see it up close (please see attached as reference). I still use the logo however need something simpler for clothing design with the ying yang analogy added.
