Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need an updated, modern, clean design for our new coaching business.
We work with parents with school aged kids, who operate a small business, that is their main source of income. They have staff but also work in the business. They want to grow the business but also spend more time with their family and not miss major milestones. They're sick of being pulled in all directions and feeling like they ‘suck' at everything.
We use our proprietary Work Life Flexibility Formula to train business owners OUT of the day to day tasks, so they can grow their companies AND have fulfilling family lives.
The basis of this formula is the Work Life Pendulum, so we need a picture of a pendulum as part of the logo. This can be seen at www.parentbosslife.com.
Our primary colour is blue (#2e60ae) and we are open to blending this with a couple of other colours.
We want to portray trust, experience, knowledge, calmness and family.
