Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company based in St. Louis called 'Next Chapter Properties'. We buy homes in any condition and then rehab them to sell to an end buyer or sell them to another rehabber. We help our clients move on to the next chapter in life by buying their house as-is with cash. We also help our buyers to start the next chapter in one of our rehabbed houses. I would love to see royal blue, white and black in the logo. I think it might be cool to see an arrow in the logo, like where the "EX" meet in the word "NEXT" meet. Also, maybe a house in the logo would be cool.
